Meet Your Coach

Nickolas Goin

Hi, I’m Nickolas, I am a certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) with a focus on corrective fitness. I’m passionate about helping people feel better and reach their goals. I believe that everyone has the potential to be strong, healthy, and confident, and I’m here to help you achieve your full potential. I understand that everyone is different, and I tailor my training programs to each individual client’s needs.

I’m not here to push you beyond your limits, but to help you reach your goals safely and effectively. I’m also a father of two and have been married for 16 years. I know what it’s like to balance a busy lifestyle with a commitment to fitness. I’m here to help you make fitness a priority in your life, no matter how busy you are.

If you’re ready to start feeling better, reach your goals, and become the healthiest version of yourself, I’m here to help.

In 2018, I found CrossFit and fell in love—with the training, the community, and the way it made me feel. But despite my dedication, my body didn’t change in the way I expected. Then 2020 hit. Gyms shut down, and I found myself struggling—not just physically, but mentally. I had never learned how to train on my own, and without a structured environment, I felt lost.

When gyms reopened, I jumped back in with everything I had. But just weeks later, COVID took me down hard. I recovered, pushed through, and got back to training—only to feel my knee pop in the middle of a workout. I ignored it, as many do, and kept going. Months later, I was at the zoo with my kids when my other knee gave out. The pain was unbearable.

For the next year and a half, I tried everything—physical therapy, injections, and endless advice from professionals—all leading to the same answer: This is just how it’s going to be. That wasn’t good enough.

So I did what I do best—I researched. That’s when I discovered corrective fitness. The more I learned, the more I realized how many people, like me, were being told to just accept pain as part of life. I refused to believe that. I studied, I tested, I applied everything I learned—not just to myself, but to others. My knees healed, and in the process, I found my purpose.

I became a personal trainer not just to help people get stronger, but to help them move better, live without pain, and build the kind of strength that lasts a lifetime. My mission is to bridge the gap between fitness and longevity—helping people who feel lost, injured, or stuck take control of their health in a way that’s sustainable and empowering.

Because no one should be told that pain is just their new normal.

I’m always looking for ways to expand my skills and better serve my clients. Right now, I’m in training to become a certified massage therapist—not just for traditional Swedish or deep tissue massage, but to incorporate techniques like assisted stretching and Thai massage. I’m already certified in cupping, scraping, and KT Tape, and soon, I’ll be able to offer even more recovery and mobility-focused services to help you move and feel your best.
